Probationary Period

Every employee is subject to a 90 day probationary period in which Ateki will review the fit of the employee with the company. This will take place as a formal performance evaluation with the employee, the employee’s manager, and the Vice President of Operations. At this time, it will be determined whether or not the employee will remain with the company after this probationary period. Any criteria used to determine this outcome will be divulged to the employee at the time of hire by the Vice President of Operations.
